Biography

Fan favourite Glenn Coldenhoff is the epitome of success through grit and dedication. The 32-year old Dutchman showed flashes of his potential in the youth ranks highlighted by three Dutch titles and bronze at the 125cc junior world championship. Injuries slowed his progress but his final MX2 year in which he scored two podium places and one GP win cemented his place among the elite.

Only on the 450 bike “the Hoff” truly showed what he’s made of. Stints at Factory Suzuki, Factory KTM, Standing Construct KTM and the GasGas Factory team yielded five more GP wins, two back-to-back individual MX of Nations wins (and an MXoN champion’s title), world championship bronze (2019) and an impressive string of podiums.

Entering the last stage of his career Glenn has set his sights on MXGP glory for the ambitious Fantic brand. Since 2021 Coldenhoff has been racing for Louis Vostershighly regarded team. His unrelenting drive, professionalism and attention to detail seem like a match made in haven for the Venetian manufacturer.

Before starting in motocross Glenn competed two years in BMX. However the motocross bug got to him because his brother, uncle and neighbors were into dirtbikes as well.
