At 18 hard-charging Dutchman Kay Karssemakers is ready to make an impact in the super competitive MX2 World Championship. Kay’s career has been affected by hard to avoid detours such as teams closing down and injuries. However there’s no doubt about his world-class pedigree.

His tally includes a 65cc jr world title, double 85cc jr world bronze, EMX125 cc bronze (2021), four Dutch titles and most recently the EMX250 runner-up title in 2023. In his very first go at MX2 GPs -at the age of 17- kay already impressed with 14th overall and an 8th place PB in Indonesia. Unfortunately the KTM UK team closed its doors at the end of the season.

For 2024 Karssemakers is hungry as ever. He has a strong engine and proven chassis-suspension combination at his disposal with the impressive Fantic XXF 250. Keep an eye on Kay because he’s here to stay!
